Diamond Falls is proud to have award-winning North Carolina developer and builder, Stephen Gravett, owner of Excell Partners, LLC. Representing Diamond Falls, LLC., Gravett is developing the vision of North Carolina’s newest green community. Diamond Falls Estates, a gated community named for this gem-laden region and its many waterfalls, is being developed to create value and affordability while maintaining the highest in quality craftsmanship.
Gravett’s firm has over 30 years of experience in real estate construction, development, investing and consulting. For the past 15 years, Excell has been developing projects in western North Carolina, including: Park Place, a development of luxury condominium-style family homes; Towne Place, a luxury community of townhomes situated on 11 acres; Blythe Commons, an enclave of luxury homes; and Laurel View Farms, a 90-acre master planned residential community featuring fully developed parcels in Laurel Park.
Additionally, Excell Partners also represents a large Franklin, North Carolina developer as a consultant and partner in two mixed-use properties: Stonebridge is a 90-acre residential, hotel and business park situated along SR 64; Hastings Promenade is a 40-acre mixed-use residential, office, retail and hotel site along US 441.
